What we are good for

Which clay suits a particular age. Whether a kit includes the tool in the photograph. How many pieces are in which box and which shapes they are. Whether a shade is likely to come back. Any of that we can answer properly, usually the same day and always in plain terms.

What we cannot help with

Anything about an order you have placed. We do not see orders, cannot look one up, cannot change an address and cannot chase a parcel. That conversation belongs with the retailer you bought from, who will be both faster and actually able to act.

Telling us a page is wrong

These are the messages we like most. If a price here disagrees with the listing, if a color we list is no longer sold, or if something we wrote about drying time does not match your experience, say so. Include the page and what you saw. Corrections of that kind go in the next rebuild.
