The walk over

How an order travels once you leave this site, and what we can and cannot see of it.

The hand-off

Every buy button here opens the listing for that exact item on the retail site that stocks it. From that moment the order is theirs. Shipping options, cut-off times, tracking and delivery estimates all come from them and are shown to you before you confirm anything.

What usually happens

For the formats we carry, small sealed bags of clay and boxed kits move quickly because they are light and sit in general stock. The larger block boxes and the three-pound tub are heavier and occasionally slower, especially around the weeks before a holiday. The listing will tell you which bracket a given item is in on the day you look.

Why we cannot track it for you

We have no account on your order and no window into it. Tracking lives in the retailer's account where the purchase was made, and that is the only place it is reliable. Writing to us about a late parcel is a kindness we cannot repay with useful information.

Stock that moves

Clay colors go in and out of stock faster than anything else we list, and a shade that was available in the morning can be gone by evening. We re-check and we drop items that stop being available, which is why the color shelf changes shape from season to season.

Packaging

Both block sets arrive in a printed gift box, which matters if the thing is being given rather than opened immediately. Single colors arrive as a sealed bag with no outer box. The kits are boxed and include their own storage, so they survive being put away.
