Using these pages
You are welcome to read, print and link to anything here. Please do not copy our writing or our photography wholesale onto another site; the product photography belongs to the brand and the writing belongs to us. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and always has been.
What we promise about accuracy
We check prices and stock against the live listing on a schedule and we correct pages when the check disagrees with them. Between checks a figure here can fall out of step. The listing you are sent to is always the authority on what something costs and whether it can be shipped; if the two disagree, believe the listing and tell us.
What we do not do
We do not take orders, hold stock, pack boxes or process payments, and we have no way to look up an order for you. Everything about a purchase after you leave this site is handled by the retailer whose page you land on.
Opinions in our notes
Our field notes and product pages contain judgements: that a kit suits a beginner, that a thick piece will crack, that a particular age is too young for clay. These are our views from using the range and reading what families report. They are not safety certification and they are not a substitute for the age guidance printed on the box.
Limits
We publish this site in good faith and we cannot be liable for what follows from using it, including a decision made on the strength of a figure that changed after we checked it. Nothing here limits a right you hold under the consumer law where you live.
Changes
We revise these rules when the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you are fine with it.
